FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To enjoy your private dog park time, just follow these simple steps:

Book your desired day/time & park on our website before arrival. You will receive an email confirmation with gate code.
Pull up to the main facility gate and enter the gate code.

Drive your vehicle into your reserved park. (eg. Park 1, Park 2).
If another customer is still in your park, please wait in the Paws & Wait area.

Once in your park close and latch the gate securely before letting your dog(s) out of your vehicle.

When your visit is over, leave the park clean, poop free, and in better condition than when you arrived. Load your dog(s) back into your vehicle before opening gate.

Exit the same way you came in and leave the inner park gate open for the next family.
