Yes! Each booking reserves an entire park exclusively for your group. Only one party is allowed per time slot, ensuring a calm, stress-free experience for both you and your dog(s).

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring multiple dogs up to 5 within your booking. There are two booking options for your time - up to 3 dogs, or up to 5 dogs. Just make sure they remain under your control and are comfortable playing together in an off-leash setting.

We’re a rain, snow, or shine facility. Your reserved park will still be available during your time slot. If you need to reschedule, simply follow the steps in your booking confirmation email (24 hours’ notice required).

Each park features full 5' field fencing with a 2"x4" mesh, designed so even the smallest pups can’t slip through. Plus, every park is double-fenced, giving 2.5 to 5 metres of separation between runs for added safety and peace of mind.

Yes! We’re a family-owned facility and encourage you to enjoy the parks with loved ones. Family and friends are welcome to join you during your reservation.

Definitely. Feel free to bring your dog’s favourite toys, treats, or training tools. We just ask that you clean up after your visit and avoid bringing anything that could create conflicts between dogs in your group.

You can easily cancel or reschedule your booking for free using the link in your confirmation email or from your account on our website. Please note: this option is available up to 24 hours in advance of your booking start time.

Every paid Dog Spot visit earns a $5 RV Storage credit usable for a new booking or renewal at Spruce Grove RV Storage or Parkland RV Storage or use credits towards a free visit at the Dog Spot. Credits have no cash value but can be applied to the renewal or new booking to save you money on storage. Don’t have an RV? You can transfer your credits to a friend or family member—just contact us before booking or renewing. Alternately you can use your rewards for free visit to the Dog Spot.
